Rickey attended Glen Oaks Community College during the pandemic and lost his final two seasons in the spring due to injuries. He graduated with an associate's degree in General Studies. Named after his favorite baseball player of all time, Rickey Henderson, he tries to excel in the same facets of the game as he did in his prime.
