Evan Laws is a junior at Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois, where he plays shortstop for the Prairie Fire. In his sophomore season, he led his team in extra-base hits. Laws is majoring in biology and minoring in environmental science at Knox. He graduated from Rock Falls High School, where he earned an all-conference selection in football.
